People were very friendly. Rooms were big. They allow pets and have a nice grass potty section for dogs in the back. Near restaurants and sunset lake park. Will stay here again.
It is a nice place to stay. The reception lady with red hair was so nice and friendly. I stay here often and I felt welcomed every time I stay. Don’t expect 5-star hotel quality rooms, but the staffs are mostly friendly.
There was an issue when I booked 2 rooms through Booking.com and wasn’t able to reserve the rooms I wanted for my family vacation. Thankfully the staff on duty (unfortunately I didn’t get any names) were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were able to get my family 2 rooms and we were able to check in with no further issues. I completely commend the staff for their friendliness and professionalism. The hotel itself was very clean and bright. Such a pleasant experience overall!

I don’t normally write reviews for hotels but I stay in hotels 2-4 times a month. This hotel has great customer service. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. They gave me plenty of towels and whatever I requested for in a timely manner. The kitchen in the room was fully ready for use. The beds are comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The location is great and safe. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and it has a park about two blocks away. Perfect for the kids to get out the hotel! One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room had an odd smell coming from the ac unit. However we sprayed Febreze and it seemed to help. We stayed for 6 days and if we ever visit again we’ll stay here every time! I highly recommend! Thank you for a perfect stay!
We moved from another motel that had a serious cleanliness issue so we checked out and came here. This place is SUPER clean, and the front desk staff was very kind. We got a double room, and everything looks new and shiny. The room was spotless and had clearly been sanitized. Also, the location is suoer convenient. Thank you for the last minute help and the much more comfortable space!
